In order to get closer to nature, to enhance the relationship between colleagues, to improve team cohesion, and to provide a different life experience for simple and ordinary work, the company organized an interesting activity-Baiyun Mountain hiking on November 13.

What greeted us that day was the fine weather of the clear sky. As soon as we entered Baiyun Mountain, the dense woods on both sides of the road greeted us. The lush green plants also blocked most of the ultraviolet rays for pedestrians on the road. The heat is exceptionally cool. We laughed and laughed all the way, with unlimited fun. We passed by the peach blossom stream, met a beautiful small pond, a tranquil water surface, took a closer look at the picturesque scenery, and then saw the whole person as if being led into a quiet and tranquil world of water and light, a very magical experience! The ubiquitous green makes people feel very comfortable. The green color is full of vitality, and the refreshing air is also particularly refreshing. The whole body and mind became lighter in the beautiful environment. We stepped briskly, and we gained happiness while hiking, but also gained health!

The company also specially invited a Zen Buddhism teacher to teach us to meditate on this trip to Baiyun Mountain. I’ve only heard of meditation before, but it’s the first time to meditate in a beautiful environment. It’s really another wonderful experience! Through meditation, the external tranquility and the inner tranquility are unified, allowing us to add another insight into our own hearts. In the quiet nature, get rid of the usual impetuousness, return to your heart, and seek a kind of tranquility.

Every time we explore a place, there will be new feelings and insights in our heart. The more places we go, the experience is naturally enriched, and the heart is naturally enriched. Let us go hand in hand and grow together!
